placing an order and order acceptance
You can place your order request for goods from the website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the online order process. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledgement summarizing your order. Please note this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Filokalein.

Credit card payments are possible with VISA, MasterCard and Maestro. The bank that we exclusively work with is Piraeus Bank and its system Paycenter Piraeus for secure transactions through the internet. During the procedure of charging your credit cards on-line, you leave Filokalein's network place and you enter the secure network place of Piraeus Bank where you input the data of your card, usually with the secureness of the bank that issued your credit card. After the successful termination of this procedure, you are automatically send again to Filokalein's website.
The data transaction throught paycenter by Piraeus bank is secured according to the communication protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). At the URL (https://), the “s” stands for secure and means that you are in a safe environment.
Our company at no time has any knowledge of your credit card’s data.

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with our banking and remittance information, the invoice amount and the reference order number for the assignment of your payment.
