Delivery options

Order by 10:00 AM (UTC/GMT +2 hours) and choose shipping carrier based on your desired delivery date:

Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.

Keep in mind that all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped or ready for pick up in-store.

Shipping fees are calculated depending on the actual or volumetric weight of the order, while discounts are automatically applied in certain order and shipment combinations.

Complimentary Delivery

Enjoy complimentary delivery on your order, irrespective of its value, by picking the products up in our factory. Avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges and get your order faster. During checkout, choose “Pick up in-store”. Your order will be ready for pick up within the next day of receiving the payment. Once the order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for pickup” email, notifying you about the pickup date and available hours. Please keep in mind that we will ask for the identification of the person (name, e-mail address and phone number) that will collect the order and his/her connection to your company. Only the person you've told us will be able to pick up your order. This person has to bring his/her government-issued photo ID, order number and a delegation document, stating that he/she will pick up the order on your company’s behalf.

Shipping options only within Greece

We ship orders Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on delivering your shipment quickly. Your order will be shipped within three to five business days of receiving the payment. These orders can only be shipped via Speedex, and are delivered to the final destination. Alternatively, we can send your order via UPS, in case you need the order to be delivered within the next business day. You can find more details about the shipping conditions in UPS website at: http://www.ups.com/.

Please note:

Orders cannot be split and must be shipped to a single address.
If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
In order to ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address.
All orders will be shipped via ‘signature required’ service.

International Shipments (only within Europe)

We ship orders Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on delivering your shipment quickly. Your order will be shipped via UPS, and you can choose between the scheduled day-definite delivery and the next business day delivery. Scheduled day-definite option is delivered within 5 days throughout Europe depending on the exact destination. International Shipments

International orders are only sold ex-factory. All expenses from our factory to your premises is your sole responsibility. You can appoint a shipping and freight forwarding company to collect your order from our factory, by selecting the “Pick up in-store” during checkout.

Alternatively, we can send your order via UPS, but for the time being the estimated delivery dates and the corresponding cost will be notified only through email. You can find more details about the shipping conditions in UPS website at: http://www.ups.com/.

Your order will be processed and shipped only after bank authorization on all relevant expenses (goods and shipping cost).
